Sacred Heart – silver

The working of Sacred Heart is, generally spoken, two-fold.
1. As suspended on a chain (point upwards) like on the images: Energy giving.
2. When the point is facing Earth wards, then ‘energy’ is going away from you. With ‘energy’ is meant that it will give you the feeling of ‘let it go’, ‘let it be’, ‘sit down and rest’. So this position is great for meditation or, to sit down while holding Sacred Heart in this position in your hand.
