The Akaija symbolizes We are One. Finding Нашя is about rediscovering your Self, about reconnecting with Oneness.

Of course, we can do a lot ourselves to achieve this, but there is also a lot at play that tries to prevent us from reclaiming our Unity.

This page introduces you to the many mechanisms at work that shield us and separate us from our True Selves. Some of these mechanisms are well-known to most people, like the politics of ‘divide and conquer.’ But it happens in many more ways, often very subtle ones.

Note: March 2026 – many examples will follow.

The strings of a guitar or piano need to be properly tuned; otherwise, they just don’t sound right. In an orchestra, all the individual instruments also have to be in tune with each other so that the whole group creates harmonious music.

One string is tuned first, and then all the other strings follow that pitch. This is done using a tuning fork with the A note. Now, a piano has many octaves, so the note A appears multiple times-A1, A2, A3, and so on. A4 is the middle A on a piano. That note is tuned to 440 Hz using the tuning fork, and then the other strings are adjusted accordingly.

When people talk about 432 Hz versus 440 Hz, they’re referring specifically to that middle A4 on a piano. On a guitar with standard tuning, there’s also an A string-but that’s A2 at 110 Hz (which is half-of-half of 440 Hz). From the lowest string to the highest on a guitar, these are the corresponding frequencies when A4 is tuned at 432 Hz compared to 440 Hz:
E2 (6th string): 81 Hz / 82.41 Hz
A2 (5th string): 108 Hz / 110.00 Hz
D3 (4th string): 144 Hz / 146.83 Hz
G3 (3rd string): 192 Hz / 196.00 Hz
B3 (2nd string): 242.32 Hz / 246.94 Hz
E4 (1st string): 324 Hz / 329.63 Hz

Throughout history, the base pitch of A4 has changed quite a bit. You might think this tone is fixed forever like some cosmic law. But it isn’t! At different times and places around the world, various standards have been set for this pitch. The current standard is set indefinitely at A4 = 440 Hz. This means musicians in orchestras everywhere – at least in Western music – tune their instruments to this pitch; otherwise, you’d get disharmony. Unless an entire band or orchestra decides together to tune every instrument to e.g. 432 Hz.

There’s lots of debate online about which frequency choice is better. Many people advocate for A4 = 432 Hz because it sounds warmer, softer, and more Heart-centered; meanwhile, A4 = 440 Hz is said to engage more with our brain, so it is more Ratio-centered.

Everything in the cosmos vibrates. Everything is frequency. Sacred Geometry shows us how everything connects to each harmonically (sizes, ratio’s, measures): our cells and body parts-the arms, feet, fingers-are all proportioned harmoniously according to cosmic measurements. Not everyone has perfect proportions exactly, but on average we are perfectly attuned to the cosmos; otherwise humans couldn’t exist in our current form here on Earth.

The better we resonate in harmony with this cosmic orchestra – that is the whole of nature acting as one harmonious ensemble making music – the more life force we have flowing through us from cosmic energy giving us vitality. Simply put: if music makes you happy, that’s great. Then it gives you energy and life force.

I enjoy listening to music at both tunings, but find myself just a little happier when I listen to music tuned at 432 Hz. It touches me more deeply in subtle ways. Its influence is greater than we often realize.

If we surround ourselves with objects – and music – that don’t resonate with this cosmic harmony, then we become less connected with that grand cosmic orchestra and  we may fall ill more easily, age faster, feel less happy and become more vulnerable overall.
